it's a scam, this guy is an affiliate making money.

The creators themselves don't have before or after pics. Just endless promises and arrogance insisting if you give them your money, they'll take your fat away.

Bottom line is, eat less, do more.

It's just another diet craze. They are exactly what they criticize.

Ultimately, you must burn more calories than you eat which means a LOT of exercise and about 6 small meals a day composed of quality calories. Their claim is their plan is easy and requires little sacrifice.

Their website is insulting with the narration, the guy is so arrogant and blatantly a lying salesman.

Its just an excise regime, its not a scam. But you still have to do the program and not eat too much shit it doesn't work if you sit on your arse eating chips. If you try it at the gym you'll find its pretty tough going, its not a short cut. It just packs a lot of effort into a short time frame, similar principle as sprint training only applied to weights and heavy lifting. Maximum effort for 15 -25 min then 2 days recovery. Sounds too easy, but try it, 20mins at max effort is really hard.

What gets me is that in their video they go on about how the diet industry has been lying to everyone just to make money and how its all a scam then they want you to give them 40 bucks and your dream body will be yours.....what a bunch of crooks

But thanks for confirming what I suspected. This outfit has also planted phoney "scam" sites, giving positive reviews for their material. The "scam" URLs all point to their main site... I took that as a huge red flag. And now, all these planted videos of positive "reviews" that only ape what is said on their website, and give no demonstration of the exercises?

This video has convinced me it's a scam. I am NOT buying.

You're absolutely right, eat less, do more, but most people don't know how to do that without a proven plan, which is what FBF gives you.

Don't be so arrogant in your post assuming people can just "eat less and do more" to lose weight. A lot of people struggle with their weight and need genuine help.
