Students Protest Against Israel's Attacks on Gaza (3)

The North Texas demonstrators demanded that Israel stop it's bombing of targets in Gaza. The group feels innocent civilians have been killed.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations and several mosques organized Friday's rally, and say more will be planned in North Texas and across the United Sates.

A Dallas police officer told CBS 11 News that there were between 800 and 1,000 people protesting.

While there was a police presence at the demonstration, the rally was peaceful and as of Friday evening no arrests had been made.

After beginning a rally at the Federal Courthouse in Dallas, Friday evening a group protesting the recent bombings in Gaza moved several blocks to Ferris Plaza.

The group came together to express their outrage and to pray for peace.

The APAC controlled media cannot give balance to the conflict. The Palestinians live in a Concentration camp and their land is confiscated daily and they are treated like dirt. Israels media campaign is all about their inability to sleep at night due to being under rocket fire. This is a despicable act but pales in comparison to the impossible oppressed way of life for the Palestinians. Why is it always about poor Israel?
