How to make a very hot sweet chili sauce using Habanero Chilis. (home-grown). You can always replace the red peppers with more chili if "very hot" isn't hot enough. Makes about 1 litre of very hot, but beautiful tasting sweet chili sauce.

  • Hi, love the videos I've seen so far!

Can you tell me the second ingredient, no matter the times I listen to it I can't make it out?

Also, I know this is a pain, but I'm not a cook and don't have anything to weigh the ingredients. Is there any chance you could possible measure by volume; I realize it's not as precise that way but would help me immensely?

I'm just learning to cook using raw materials.

Thanks and keep up the great work.

  • @Ausare911 PS, I'll have to get back to you in regards to the volumes. I'm back, it was just over 1&a1/2 cups vinegar, just over 2&a1/2cups sugar. about 5or6 garlic cloves, so similar size for ginger. & about 10-15 hab. chilis(seeded) depending on the size. You can leave the seeds in for extra heat, if you like. Good luck with your cooking. Let me know how it turns out. bye for now.
