dont worry dude it happends to me as well with those assaults sometimes your lucky and sometimes your not. still very good run yes you shouldn't rely on buster too much use it when they are nearly death to crack up some stylish points but achieve a even higher score hit multiple enemies at once ;)

it actually boost someones score by saying no damage on the game -_- thats gonna piss me off when i get this game because i dont want to work at that every second

If you ever want to compete on the Leader Board, there's a number of things you need to change in your game play.
Don't use buster so much, it gives very low points but does big damage. Try to exceed every single move, if you ever get Max-Act perform a move that drains it right away.
On this specific level: you need to fight all 5 of the assaults at once so your style meter doesn't reset. You need to kill that last room of scarecrows 2 more times (both parts!).

thx for your advice.
i didnt care too much except SSS&no damage, so everything was ok as long as i could reach my goal. i wanted even to ignore the S of "red orb", its very boring.
the style point system is also much different from DMC3's, i think DMC3's is better, because in DMC4 you can re-enter some certain rooms to fight enemies more times to gain more style points. or a certain boss, if you kill him too fast, you get less point.

Yeah, the scoring in this game is garbage. In almost every level you can fight as many enemies as time permits. Just think about how many enemies you could kill in the 50 minute time limit on mission 19.
I personally think they should have ZERO extra enemies per level so everyone is on a level playing field.

no mater what i accepted your advice and have done a little training to raise my EX rate and tried not using too much buster.
