Attorney David Allen discusses a case where a court grapples with the question of whether an employer is responsible for personal internet use of a company computer. The employer disciplined 14 other workers for offenses arising from use of the internet while on company time.. When another employee used his company internet access to harass others, a Wisconsin appellate court found the company was without liability to the persons who were harassed.
