I saw a clip of this in some NWO RFID video, and I passed it off as just cut & paste quote mining. Looks like I was right. Not only does the full clip brilliantly show the effect of advertiser bias (television is entertainment, not education) - but it dispels the RFID fears that video was trying to promote by making the very point I did in response to that.

For tracking purposes, it'd only be a redundant reinforcement. It's easily to circumvent, and the advertisers know that.

But they also have a product line which relies on confidence in the security of the system. Who wants to buy an identity theft prevention system which is already easily circumvented?
