Palestinians breach the Israeli borders, annoy and agitate the hell out of soldiers, throw rocks at them, cut fences, etc... And expect them to do nothing?!
In Russia for example if some villager would come up like that to border security personnel and started shouting, let alone throw rocks and them. They would beat his ass to death.
