Why are you getting so offended because of the iphone not working for her? Clearly the iphone was on hold, there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that you could press a button and have it not work, if that was the case then the iPhone SHOULD look bad, i don't get why everyone is saying Meredith is stupid when the mistake was caused by the phone, not her

Meredith cannot match Couric's natural charisma and talent; she so frequently flubs things up, and I have given her several chances to "redeem" herself on the Today show..but she continues to display her incompetence and continues to embarrass herself. She needs to abandon her on-air tactic of "flirting" with Matt Lauer, too...it's dumb and not, by any means, a display of wit.

I'll admit that she's not as "professional" and that there's no way Meredith would be able to do nightly news, but her personality makes the TODAY show better and more fun to watch, and she is definitely NOT DUMB... and Meredith is also extremely sweet. if you go to one of the live tapings you'll like her better than all of the other anchors cause they only stay outside for a while, and Meredith stays outside by herself after everyone else has left to talk to the audience, take pictures... etc

she's such an intelligent woman. she looks so dumb here but she is one of the smartest woman ive ever met and SO kind
