Unlike you, there are intelligent people out there who care about the upbringing of birds. We appreciate the time it takes to train a bird how to speak. If you dont care, dont watch the video, let alone leave a comment stating how stupid you are. :) Cheers.

hi sparky is adorable. my boyfriend wants to get a quacker but im concerned because i read that they bond to only one person. im afraid that it going to either hate me or him.

i just recently got a 5 and half months old quaker and i realli love him but i need some help on how to get him to not be scared of me and any tips on the best diet? he is takin nuts out of my hand but onli if i basically put the nut on his beak what do i do

I feed Sparky Lefeber's Nutriberries and Zupreem Fruit Blend Diet, along with some human food. Just spend lots of time with your quaker and never get mad at him. Play with him lots outside of his cage - because quakers can become really territorial in their cages.

can anybody tell me how to find it out?

HI - you have to have a DNA test done to accurately determine the sex of a bird. Sparky is a male. The tech at the clinic guessed his sex prior to seeing the test results based on the spacing of the cloaca bones (or something like that...).

Sparky started talking about a month after he came to live with me - so he was about four months old.
