A freeware adventure game made with the Adventure Game Studio (AGS) engine by Chris Jones, this was an entry for April's Monthly AGS Competition ( http://www.mags-competition.info/ ) whose theme for that month was "One Room One Month". The rules are all in the theme's title, really . Showcasing it on here not only because I played some voices, but also because it's just really, really, REALLY purdy. And maybe just a bit melancholy. And a little sweet.

Honestly, it'd be better for all concerned if you played the game first rather than watch this video with its nasty artifacting and whatnots. So download the game here:

Depends on point of view. This game is an art. Emotions are moving. I played the game, finished it. It draw me in, I wanted to know whats happening with protagonists friend. Yes it is a bit sad but still this game is sweet. In other games there are litres of blood, carnage etc. But in this game? No violance.

  • The "people" Amber meets suuure liiiiiiikes tooooooo taaaaaaaaaaalk sloooooooooooooow.

  • @Gjkl345 Ah Amnesia: Descent into Darkness. A game I must now try for myself.

  • Beautiful game ! Does anyone know a comparable one?

  • @unityspirit51 Yes and no. Amnesia was both. Mostly horrifyingly creepy.

  • What song is it, the one where the three people in the alleyway are talking and taunting the main protagonist? I've heard it from somewhere.

  • @regomn well I wouldn't say no violence... how did you think those boxes felt?

  • I just finished it ... It made me cry ... Denial, Anger, Bargaining, depression, Acceptance ... So true ... Still ... I'll try and accept it ...

  • The music in this game is so awesome!

  • Thats a random game! xD

  • The voice acting is really good! Thumbs up :)
