5MinutesCooking: Easy Biscuit Donuts

-1 can of ready-to-bake refrigerated biscuits
-1/2 cup chocolate chips
-1 tbls butter
-1/2 cup powdered sugar
-sprinkles
-1/2 cup coconut flakes
-2 1/2 cups oil

Pour oil into frying pan & place on medium high heat. While the pan is heating up, take biscuits out of container & make a donut hole in the middle of each biscuit. The oil is ready once it starts bubbling. Then place the donuts in the boiling oil for 2 mins, then flip over to the other side & cook for another 2 mins.

While donuts are cooking, melt the chocolate & butter in the microwave for 25-30 seconds. Then stir to mix the melted chocolate & butter.

Once the donuts are done, place on a paper toweled plate to drain the excess oil. Then dip the donuts in the bowl of chocolate. Finally, sprinkle on your choice of toppings.

Enjoy!
