They left it open-ended, meaning Lelouch MIGHT be the driver. But all they actually EVER show is the side of the hat. From there everything is personal interpretation.

He didnt get his fathers code or C.C. He made his own code. By that I mean when he made the contract with Suzaku he made a code. Thats how V.V. got his vode with Chareles. Plus Lelouch didnt kill his dad. He got absorbed into seas world, so he couldnt get his code, for it was deystroyed. I hope this makes dince to geass fans every where. idc what anyone says, Lelouche is alive damnit. Even IF he didnt get his fathers Geass, which he could have, that one geass user from s1(cant remember his name, the mind reader) got shot like 50 times and managed to survive, Lelouche coulda gotten futuristic medical treatment and lived. Or hell, he and suzaku coulda faked the whole thing! All I know is Lelouche wouldnt have let himself be killed w/o granting CC's wish first, and I dont think CC wouldve let him get himself killed either

At least he survived, he said he promised he was going obleberate Britannia and he did, and then Suzaku stabbed which didn't kill him. Now Lelouch is hiding and seeing the world at peace while people are thinking who is Zero. They don't know Suzaku is zero. Well he won't appear in R3, because it will take place in Europe!
