@TheValKBawz I see.
The reason for asking was in Poland (where I drive the most) you are legally allowed to overtake on autostrada using right lane (polish for Autobahn) - not that it is safe, but you should not be fined for doing so.

@cabecainho No, but some BMW drivers do that quite frequently. I was constantly passing slower traffic in my mother's Octavia RS TDI at 190-210 km/h yesterday (350 km of a 520 km trip), and the people who wanted to drive through my rear bumper or tried to pass me on the right were: 4 BMWs, 1 Audi and 1 Mercedes-Benz. On one occasion there was a tunnel with a 100 km/h limit, and just because I did not shift down to accelerate to 200 again that BMW E91 tried to pass me on the right
