I like to do that with bottle conditioned beers. The yeasty bit at the bottom, in a separate glass is like a little treat! What's the availability of this beer like in the south?

@funkymonk02 - good question, I'm not sure really. It's certainly only distributed through specialists and independents rather than supermarkets.
