In iOS 7, notifcations are a little different, but you still access them by sliding down. Hoever, now you have 3 options: "Today", "All" and "Missed".
It seems to work a whole lot better than the last version and supposedly once these notifications are dismissed on one device, you won't have to re-remiss them on another. Tthey sync... somehow. This includes notifications with the new Mac OSX Mavericks too, but we'll see.
