And given multiple examples of similar testimony aren't enough, I guess the it's a question of the evidence within your own soul... along the lines of believing that these words correspond to a human being, and aren't simply random-computer generated. We are body and we are spirit. Our spirit partakes of a spiritual realm. Believe.

@mozambiguity You would not exist without the spiritual: no reasonable person can deny that as soon as I say "pink elephant" such a thing is "seen"... beyond any physical evidence. The entire phenomena of communication is based upon the capacity for physical to convey "spiritual" concepts, images and ideas. And there, beyond the historical evidence, you have a built-in proof of the incarnation- Word becoming flesh. Believe.

Wandering souls, souls walk the Earth ... but are not aware, are excluded from the consciousness of the earth, and you forget.

@HOMAKiNG You speak with such confidence about matters not provable which, ironically- betrays your "faith." Only question: what is the basis of your faith? The Christian faith is based upon very well substantiated evidence... dating back centuries. Among the numerous examples - for those intellectually honest enough to explore, is "Evidence that Demands a Verdict" by then Atheist, Josh McDowell. Though the greatest testimony is the hunger in your own soul for material transcendence....

@mozambiguity Evidence is not enough for me. I wasn't there to see it! To make me believe in God, I need to see a miracle now, in my own lifetime. The Bible is profound and has some very amazing stories, and the speech of Jesus is awe-inspiring. However, I want to know more of Jesus' speech to make me believe. There isn't enough of it in the bible. And I don't even know if it has been messed with! 2000 years is a long time for power hungry people to change it!

So if we still live in another form after death, we might say we will have another tool to help us funsction. If brain is a tool for physcial world, so all the memories, feeling, thinking, love, etc that we have now should transfer to another tool when we die! this theory both support sicentists ideas and spritual people!

@mozambiguity Uhm, no thanks, I'd much rather believe something that has a foundation, something worth my time you know? Something that has evidence, facts and proven by science, rather than a 2000 year old book. Oh and "spirits"? You uhm, that as well, such extraordinary claims again require extraordinary evidence, you have none for "spirits".
