As oil prices continue to soar, many of the world's leading producers are looking to maximise output. But in the North Sea, production is slowing after a peak several years ago. As a result, oil companies in Norway are looking at other ways to ensure the petro-dollars keep flowing for years to come. Nick Clark reports from the North Sea.
