Pete and Tracy are on their way to their weekly animal class at the San Diego Zoo when they notice something strange; all the spots on the Spotted Jaguar are gone. Something is happening to all the colors! It looks like a job for Rainbow Brite. Little do Pete and Tracy know it's all part of Murky Dismal's dastardly plot to capture Rainbow Brite and take her magical color belt. Join Rainbow Brite, Pete and Tracy and all the San Diego Zoo animals for a terrific adventure filled with music, action, songs, and fun!

i wonder if they sell this on DVD or if you can transfer your vhs to DVD

@14Pipeline3000 Normaly I would say no, but if you have the equipment you can copy the VHS to DVD to preserve your copy for your private home use. At this time there isn't a plan to release the live action specials to DVD. I will let you know if they do.

Be sure to store your videos in a cool, dry place, and check on them every so often for sound and picture quality as they can and do fade, as you can tell from mine. I wish I could upload a newer version with better quality, but youtube doesnt' allow. Maybe someday I can get a better copy. Regardless. I hope you enjoy it! Have a Rainbow Day!

Before the San Diego Comic Con is grown through the 1980s through the 1990s to the 2000s. The costume of Murky Dismal and Lurky, Rainbow Brite and her sidekick are mascot costumes.
