  • That Korean girl they cut to every so often is so cute :D

  • thanks for uploading these!

  • this hotel seems nice but 2.5k for a villa is bit nuts:)

  • @noobdles nope.

  • Im from Oklahoma, lived in AZ my whole life, my heart is in Boston, but SoCal is full of warm people who are kind if you don't act like a dick.

  • East side = Real LA

  • @ojmoss East LA is where the real Angelenos are at

  • @ojmoss and no, hipsters are not in pursuit of the most authentic food. hipsters want what seems to be cool. doh! if you're in a place like l.a. and you love food, it would behoove you to experience the authentic "ethnic" food. i find that comment odd since you're watching an anthony bourdain show, someone who searches for authentic food experiences. you also weren't listening to the intro when he said l.a. reigns at the "low" restaurant level, meaning authentic eats. lmao.

  • @ojmoss i'm black. i'm from l.a. latinos are half of the population. the westside is mostly white. seems to me that is not the real l.a. the outside world's perception is not always correct. we are a diverse city. i live in downtown. MY layover, and the one i would select for people i know, would have their base be downtown. moca, lil tokyo, ktown, thai town, all the very important performing arts venues are on the eastside, and it's more diverse. you could walk more places.

  • @iwasborntobefly quite the opposite. in fact, YOU are more likely to be the white hipster since hipsters always seek out "authentic" establishments. you obviously do not comprehend the concept of a layover. if someone has never been to L.A. and only has 24-36 hours to spend they would have to be completely insane, or a hipster like you, to even consider leaving west L.A. There is so much to do in west LA and for 99% of the outside world that is the "real" LA.
