Those are easy to miss if you're not looking for 'em. Looks real tasty!

@usframe Hah, if I had done that my wife would still be holding that one over my head : )

@CampfireTalk I did a batch late season a few years back, whew! It was hours until someone could get and grab the processor. It immediately knocked out vision and breathing!

When you processed the radishes I could smell them from here : )

Man, that looked delicious. I would like to find some wild horseradish sometime; it sounds like fun.

Boys. I got hold of some of that sauce once but it was a lot thicker--like paste. I put it on a hamburger and when I got a taste it "Anesthetized" my throat and lungs! I absolutely could not breathe for a while. I thought: This is what John the Baptist must've felt like. It was beyond hot (I don't know that that word would be). Needless to say, I haven't eaten any since.

@richardelam100 yeah, they can get mighty strong, seems especially so later in the season

wow, I can almost smell it! Looks great. I remember my first experience with home-canned horseradish - I was a little over confident, and some of the aroma migrated from my mouth to my sinuses, and it nearly knocked me out of my chair, lol.
