If you are a smart cookie like me, with a high intelligence and know a lot, these things don't take much analysis to pick apart. I contacted the United Nations... not the recreational groups of workers, but the the security people at the United Nations. They have no knowledge of Lee Carol presenting anything to the United Nations.
