OMG!!!! Thank You very so much for upload! Back in 1998,I worked in this guys house who was a huge Toyah fan and his friend who was Toyahs biggest fan ever and a personal friend of hers gave me a loan of this on bootleg vhs video he recorded off the telly in 1980 and the quality was absolute shit! Its just gr8 to see this good quality version.I was 8/9yrs old in 1980 and its footage like this that make me wish I had been 10yrs older in the thick of this movement but been so young made it magic.

Hey....did you spot a very young Boy George in the crowd at 43.22 and just after. Didn't know he was a Toyah Fan too!.....

What a wonderful piece of Time Travel. Thank you so much!
Not aware of Toyah until 'It's a Mystery' & unaware of this documentary. But all these decades later, I loved it. Brought back such fond & hopeful memories of a life ahead of me then. However I blinked & then it was Now!
Nevertheless, a magical recollection - & still I be a little in love with her methinks!!!!!

God this is sooooo good. I too missed it as a child. Saw bits and pieces cos my Dad wouldn't let me watch it. Consigned to an upstairs bedroom with a dodgy portable tv that didn't work too well. Seeing it all in colour, here, brings back so many memories. Toyah was and always will be my hero!

I remember seeing this the first time around. I was there at Toyah studio/home when the Blood Donor sequence was shot and talking with Toyah in her bedroom. I was providing the PA for the sounds.
For a long time I have been wanting to see this again...

I got into Toyah in 1981, so I never saw this but I knew about it. It became a part of my Toyah mythology, like the holy grail. Now I found it!

Truly amazing to see this again! I was fortunate to be there at the beginning and this remains in my consciousness for ever.
I can't thank you enough for this. I've been wanting to see this for a very long time. I was only 9 when this was originally shown on TV (not even sure whether it was shown in Scotland). Currently reading her brilliant autobiography which also covers much of her early work. Toyah was and is a creative genius. Thanks again :)
