@NinJutsuDude1997 - You're correct, but it could have been used since the start of 1997. Around that time, Kids' WB still used their bumpers w/stills of the backlot from Animaniacs, only replacing their 1st logo with their 2nd logo. Also, if you'll notice the background plate on the KWB logo is gray rather than blue, and the KIDS' tag is missing. That wasn't up until Sept. 97 when Kids WB was "Under Construction" and rebranded with the CGI backlot theme.

Just to correct you, this was used in 1997, not 96, since the Kids' WB logo used during that time is shown here.
