At this time, every country is facing an economic hardship, especially Europe. Canada compared to other Western economies is in a very better standing. I agree with the fact that Canada is in a much worse place that it used to be. I am a university student and compare the amount of tuition that I pay to 10 to 20 years ago and I feel it is ridiculous. I do understand that we are in a very tougher place. However, I did not focus on portraying that in this video, but I would have!

  • @AmidSedghi You're right. My choice in words was poor in in my previous comment. I apologize for that. I didn't mean to imply that you were being deceitful. I guess I just felt that the video didn't portray all the facts of our economy, only a select few. We're in for a long rough ride in this country and the facts that are in the video may leave the impression that our economy is unsinkable. "Canada is truly an economic superpower": I wish that were true. More like an economic house of cards...

I'm not trying to deceive people, these are just general facts. How does saying Canada is a member of the OECD a deceitful fact? I am just portraying fact, it is up to people on how they want to analyze what they see.

  • @AmidSedghi The video I referenced definitely explains why Canada is in debt & how the economy is manipulated. It's pretty clear. It might not go in depth, but it's crystal clear. "Fractional Reserve Banking" is Canada's version of the "Federal Reserve". If it's not clear to you why that's a problem, look up "Fractional Reserve Banking" on wikipedia. It's a Ponzi Scheme. Your video portrays our economy as "Peachy Keen" and that is deceptive. People need to know what's coming so they can prepare.

the video you have indicated has nothing to do with my video. I am just informing people about Canada's standing in the world and this does not explain why Canada is in debt or how the canadian economy is manipulated.

Furthermore Canada is obviuosly not the leading producer of those raw materials, but "one of the" leading producers. So i hope that cleared up things

  • @AmidSedghi I will gladly provide evidence when I have more time. (I just finished a 20 comment debate on this at another video so I'm kind of typed out at the moment lol) For starters, watch this short video: youtube/mUjBLLzYPGg

I have researched the information in it and can back up everything it says with public domain/government documentation. (I have it all bookmarked for a video I'm working on about canada's economy) And more trivially, africa leads in gold & diamond, not canada.

if you believe the content in this video is misinforming the people, please provide evidence of what information is wrong, and i will remake this video. Remember that the content of this video was in accordance to the economic situation of canada as of early 2011

  • I'm almost afraid to ask this, but how many of my fellow Canadians actually believe the content stated in this video?!? I can only hope & pray that none of you do.....

  • I live in Canada, and here changing winds blow cold and hostile...

  • thats why so many ar desprate to move to canada!
