  • roundlady, great clip though eating the egg and toast is a definite NO NO, they ARE cancer causing, its taking a step back towards Lymphoma. I am a raw foodist and I use a Mini-trampoline religiously and I've taught Hatha yoga for over 29 years. I do weighted sports hula hoop too and am the Organizer of a Raw Food MeetUp here in Fresno, Ca. Go to Victoria Boutenko's website RawFamily. and read Albert E. Carter's books on Rebounding. He's the one that started this whole rebound thing. Thanks

  • @artashes I have spoken to Al Carter at length on the phone, read his books and Yes I love him. As far as the eggs and toast go, are you talking about the study about males eating 7 or more eggs a day can lead to cancer and that "burnt" toast is carcinogenic? An alternative is oatmeal and you can always eat raw whole oats.

  • I love rebounding. It's the one exercise I do consistently.

  • @xchelsiax Funny thing...I still recommend the rebounder, but use hand weights. Your entire body, upper and lower will get firm and tight...pretty in your words.

  • boobsyfufi Your last sentence makes sense, but I was trying to point out was that Gorillas are the closest anthropoids to us. Ever see how cows are “primed” for slaughter, the inhumane conditions, corrals, the hormones they are injected with (Bovine Growth Hormone) Dude, you are eating dead flesh, and double-dead when you cook it! Even the Tiger has more sense; they eat the blood and guts first, and leave the rest to the Hyenas and Vultures, plus their intestines are a lot shorter than ours.

  • @artashes duh - humans are obviously not gorillas. Cows eat "raw food" too, but I doubt you'll become as large as one by going all grass fed. Lesson: every individual must find their own way to wellness, one step at a time. There will ALWAYS be people who try and supposedly help by trying to control you; therefore you may end up doing NOTHING! Take LOVING action every day to move towards wellness and learn what works for your body.

  • EGGS and ALL animal products cause ACIDITY in the body, Plants do NOT, they alkalize. Look at the Silverback Gorilla, it can throw around not 1; but 3 football players around and what does it eat exclusively? You guessed it leaves, herbs, etc. Take a raw egg, throw it on a cement floor, let it dry, then try to get it off the floor. You'll have to use a chisel. That's what happens in your body with any way you prepare eggs! Same with Dairy and Meat. THEY are psyto-toxic and poisonous
