I wouldn't do it... not even the neon tetras. The rasboras are a very shy and timid species. The likelihood if you do try is that they will probably not be in their most comfortable behaviour and will easily be out fed by the tiger barbs.

I just let it fluctuate between 23-26 depending on the time of year.

just 10 gallon and i have 9 of them plus a couple of cat fish for over a year now... they've grown over time but not by much and a bit shy even now...
