@Cactusman129 Kefka =RUINED THE SURFACE= of the world by pushing some statue because he's a noob with no skill. Sephiroth didn't want to destroy, nor did he do it for his "Mommy" which isn't even his mother, he was just injected with JENOVA Cells at birth. Sephiroth completed his main goal by using Meteor to injure the planet so that the Planets core would overflow with the Lifestreams energy, meteor was colliding, energy overflew, he merged with it, became a god, and now he can never truly die.

... Nah. Anyways, the pumpkin's laugh is close to his but it's not quite there yet. I think the pumpkin's just imitating him.

Kefka was trapped in the spirit of a pumpkin ever since his defeat in ff6 and he is doomed to laugh for no reason for the rest of his after-life.
