Wow. I really needed to be reminded of this and hear it today. Total chaos at my job, and I'm totally aligning with what I perceive to be right, and of course the other person's point of view isn't going to change. I get frustrated when I can see how great things could be, and then I'm not allowed to create those things great things. Maybe the lesson in all of this is for me to just be in allowance of everything, including what I believe are 'faulty' points of view. There's no wrong. :-)
