Here's my PC with an ATI X1300 trying to run GTA IV.
Here are the benchmarks running @ 800x600 with low details.
With Fraps (the video recording software):
Min: 6 fps
Max: 9 fps
Avg: 7.378 fps
Without Fraps:
Min: 7 fps
Max: 14 fps
Avg: 9.667 fps

i have a compaq pc 2.7 ghz 6gb ram 256 mb ati radeon 3000 graphics......
i try runing gta iv on lowest settings but really laggy? any help?

@gordomen08 this one was a Pentium D 820 with 3gb of ram and Windows XP Media Center Edition

@gordomen08 My pc is an Intel Celeron 160-R 420 Ghz 2 gb ram DDR 2, and the Widows operating system xp black edition, I will serve the game

@gordomen08 i suppose you are trying to ask if it will run on your sytem? No, the celeron cpu is worse than this cpu. I don't think that celeron will even break 5 fps hehe
