I have this, but this have very long time from keyboard(midi key) to hearing sound in speakers. What's wrong?

man, thanks so much for posting this demo! i've been looking for a good overview of it. i want a b3 so bad but there's no way i could have one in my apartment, let alone afford one. this looks like a pretty good solution
