holy shit..... impressive weight but i mean, your shoulders arent meant to do that, i dont care how flexible you are, that shit you just pulled was asking for injury.. and guess what? once you get that shoulder surgery your lifting will NEVER be the same no matter how much physio you do.
if you had a larger frame and broader shoulders it wouldnt be as bad but shit.... that looked deadly

wow great lift i am trying to get a push up with my bodyweight i can do dips with 135lb forsets of 10 at a bw of 205 i do not have a spotter tot rain with do u think a backpack full of plates is a good idea, also should i use the rotating push up handles, regular handles or just use the floor for in order to lift maximal loads thank you and keep up the great work.

Doing 1 RM is great for Squats, Deadlifts and Benchpress, not for Dips!

now thats real; other videos have different plates in the center; all plates here basically same and the death wobble from that much weight
