Eating Sounds - Amazingly Delicious Taco Bowl

As you can tell, I love Mexican and Texmex. It's definitely my favorite! My taco bowl recipe is great because it's very low in fat and very high in protein and fiber. I use fat-free refried beans (because they're minimally processed and lack unhealthy ingredients. I add homemade salsa to make them amazing). I also use whole grain rice. I brown 99% lean ground turkey, adding several ingredients for taco seasoning flavor. Mix it all together with all the toppings, put it in a hard-shell bowl and you've got one amazingly delicious taco bowl! This is a busy college student's best friend! :D

@Tiazor It's wheezing because I have bad asthma. In several of my other videos, I mention it and apologize for it. I live in a place where my body can't stand the air because the air quality is HORRIBLE. I've tried several different treatments for it and nothing has worked...so until something better comes along I'm stuck with it.

@Icapturethefrag Liking these sounds isn't weird. It simply means that you have sensitive sound receptors that release endorphines. Many people do but since these are sounds that most people hate, some think it's weird. Nope! We're good, my friend. Relax and enjoy.

Lmao I also feel weird that I listen to and enjoy eating sounds. I always used to like in high school when a person was behind me chewing gum. I would seriously zone out and just be listening to that; thought it was weird at the time, but it's good to see I'm not the only one who enjoys it!

@simone716 Not that I know a "medical term" for it, if that's what you are asking for, but we can call it "Relaxing Sound Syndrome", hehehe, anyway it is a good relaxation technique.
