Did you do the multiplayer with the PSN version or the PS1 disc?

The first second of the video says PSN.
And the title says PSN PS1, meaning it's the PSN version of the PS1 classic.
I don't see why it matters though as the multiplayer is the same, only on the PSN it can't go online.

@DEIVION212 I've read that with the PSN versions of PS1 games, you can't even do local multiplayer. It's been keeping me away from buying a few of them. I was just curious because this contradicted what I've read on the Internet and what Sony says in the disclaimer when you are about to purchase a PSN game.

I know exactly what you're hearing now that you've mentioned it. Some games appear that they don't, but actually, they're just fucking awkward!
I only know of one game that says the multiplayer doesn't work and it's a Bomberman game in NA, but the rest, at least the ones I've got, even the 4p works.
However this is the awkward part, because for 4 player games, the pads need to be assigned to slots 1, 3, 5 and 7.

@DEIVION212 I'm mostly worried about fighting games. I was considering getting Bloody Roar 2. I figured if the multiplayer for those did not work, then there is no point in buying either one.

Well while I don't have Bloody Roar 2 (Always hated 2, I just never could get into it. Love every other one, and wish the series would come back, but I could never enjoy 2) I do have BR1 and it's got 2p local.
