sir, which is more powerful , propane or denataured alcohol?

@laksoysoy either fuel can be very powerful. The advantage of propane is that it is already a gas, and thus easier to mix with air for good combustion. Alcohol has to be vaporized and then mixed with air, which is not easy for a simple cannon.

Yeah, I've got two other, larger guns including a 6' one with a 1.5" bore, and then a 5' one with a 2" bore. The 2" gun definitely has a loud report, and kicks. See my other videos for some of that.

@karlwinkler66 hey i want to make a hairspray (potato gun inspired) marble gun like yours but i want to make it overpowered. is there a certain size limit you can only make the hairspray chamber?

@jcodym13 There's no real limit to the size of the chamber - I have "spray & pray" guns with 3"x12" and 4"x9" chambers that will send a potato way, way out there. However, you probably don't want to exceed a chamber to barrel ratio of about 2:1 in terms of volume (get out that calculator! Beyond that, you'll have more "bang" but much of that energy is wasted as noise.
