I got her early on. I think you have to collect 5 of the runes in the game. Either Asgardian or M'kraan runes.

@VeryGamey M'Kraan isn't a rune :) And Asgardian Runes are for unlocking Thor. Gamma Regulators for Hulk and M'Kraan crystal's fragments are for Jean Grey.

A funny line for Deadpool would be: "Ooh, look at all those numbers", especially for the damage reading for his shooting attacks.

'Course it wouldn't apply since you can turn that off in options (I might do that if I get the game). Watching this playthrough makes me really want to get it-
