I rode there in the seventies and loved it, most fun school in my opinion.

@OldMrMemories I was looking at some "vintage Los Angeles" videos, ran into this one, and I was marveled, no appalled at just how great LA once was, there was this elegance and cleanliness about it. I grew up in LA in the 70's, then I still remember LA was nicer, I've seen it deteriorate at the hands and influx of so many who simply come to the city, to the country, to just take advantage of it, to destroy it, to cheapen it. You and I, are not alone at our assessment of present day LA.

@OldMrMemories i have the exact sentiments Mr. Old Memories and the same background ...im a son of immigrants who is sick and tired of looking at my once beautiful city as a tijuana retread..My Mexican Illegal Immigrant clients who once would NEVER ever think of going on the dole havestarted to join in and signed up for Permanent Disability.,..non citizens can get permanent disability? With her son she make $24,000 thousand a year tax free...it doesnt feel good for the hard working people here.

Being a skateboarder today, this video really makes me take off my hat and respect these guys with all honor. Them, and many other kids like them, were the beginning of a legendary and amazing sport. Thanks so much for this upload, its given me site to the past that I thought was mostly lost in film.
