  • They should have a perch and not be kept in a glass container.

  • @jolly4ever Of course I don't keep my weened birds in a fish tank! The birds in this video are already weened and friendly. The fish tank in this case was used as a prop (sometimes I use stuffed animals, baskets, etc). The fact that its transparent allowed for better video footage.

  • No, they don't scream. They chirp. Yes, they are great apartment birds because they don't make loud noises!

  • @Riolugia Lovebirds are NOISY... if i could make the capital letters bigger i would... i have had lovebirds, and the sound they make almost has a metallic ring to it, and will go straight through walls... and they rarely take breaks... you need good nerves, and good nabours... preferably a voilare...

  • so cute! your daughter is so cute with them too!very pretty birds but they seem fairly noisy for apartment neighbors! Do they need a lot of maintenance?

  • be careful witth the birds

  • @noreaga123 You are right. They are very loud. Some stores say they are quite and good apartment birds. This is not the case. I think it depends how they were raised. If they are hand raised they tend to not be so loud. I don't know for sure.
