Space Shuttle night Launch as seen from Daytona Beach. The roar you hear through this video is the ocean, but there are some good shots of the launch here. I shot it out on the beach at the Oceans 10 bulding in South Daytona Beach. See the glow of the Launch reflected in the ocean. Nice close up of the rocket plume I would have posted this sooner but needed new fire wire card.

Was that the mission to the sun. That's why it had to launch at night, so it didn't burn up when it landed on the sun.

daytona beach is awesome, *especially* at night,

the parallel with the the basin of land, and the ocean, and the stars, are better then the ocean escape resorts of mexico, its beautiful imho
