This video is bullshit. At the beginning there is a common electrical substation, the norway spiral is clearly a malfunctioning bulava missile launched from a russian submarine in the white sea - anyone who knows something about missile technology clearly sees that.. if haarp technology could really effectively chage weather, then why we still have this record droughts all over the world in USA, China, Africa... somebody could bring some clouds to the deserts and make a paradise out of them..

im 2 hours from where this happened, and for the last few months temperatures have been a steady 0c to 8c

@1966BOBBY cloud seeding is done by chemicals and not microwaves and if someone could change the sahara desert into a blooming paradise, that would also be a multitrillion dollar business.. so the logical conclusion is that nobody has such technology, otherwise it would already be done..
