This coming Febuary will be the 30th Aniversery of The Greatest Upset in Sports History.Actually it was just more then a game at the time. The United States was suffering in many ways. The Econemy was bad, We had the gas shortage,Jobs were tough to find,We had over 400 Hostages sitting in Iran-The Soviets were in Afganistan and nothing we could do about it. They had the Best Hockey Team in the World,They Knew this.Our NHL Stars could not play with them-They Though coming over and winning the Gold was a sure thing and was going to rub it in our faces.But then a funny thing Happened a Bunch of Rag Tag Collage Kids and A Coach who really wanted to show this team could be beaten.They went out played with incredible heart and believed in themselfs and and Upset the Mighty Russians,Then 2 days Later beat Finland to win the Gold-It Had a Great Impact on all Americans and inspired us all and made us proud to be Americans A Special Thanks to use Music and Photos
