i have a mixed view of of this,because i am israeli and have had strong ties to its culture all my life.but it is sad to know that starting in 1948, thousands of people were kicked out of their homes in palestine by jews-mainly disturbed holocaust survivors who would never let anyone get in their way-after the war.It was a very complicated time back then, and since then the situation for the palestinians hasnt improved much while israel has flourished- detached from what was going on
