I've been lacto-vegetarian for 36 yrs, and at times went raw but never stuck to it. You're giving me the courage to take to it. I live in cold London Ontario, near Toronto, and usually have a "cold" body. I think you have a high metabolism to begin with. You are taking veganism / vegetarianism to a whole new level and saving a lot of animals lives in the process. Thank you Markus. You are blessed. It was great to see my Hare Krsna brothers at the Russian Vegetarian conference. Hope to meet you!
