The location is behind the city of Alger in Algeria (region of Kabylie) the peaks of the mountains are 2000 to 2600 meters there is snow from end of December to march, it'is close to the Mount Lala Khedidja (2308 meters) and the snow resorts Tikjda (1400 meters), this snow resorts is closed since 1990 (bad political period), but will open again soon, because now the country and the young population has change (Malik is a good example of this changement lol) .

And i dont think its fake. Been kiting 11 yrs. You tend not to get steady winds in mountains. What is stupid and scary is kiting with so many rocks down wind of you, but maybe there isnt a better spot ...

@Windmeter22 you'r right but the Algerian Mountains do not offers snow on "flat" plateform like "le Col du Lautaret" or Oregon and MtHood.
