A tribrid by Dave Griffith of RATTworks launches. http://www.rattworks.net/

The tail section of the rocket was not attached to a parachute and, as you can hear on the video, "came in hot". It was perfectly safe, as everyone present was aware of what was happening and were under cover. The rocket was also angled away from the people doing the test.
