water intake varies from individual but the MINIMUM for anyone training or not is from 2-4 litres, I aint gonna debate nor try 2 convince anyone of that ,it simply is so

First of all, I'm not fat. I'm a boxer and in very good shape. I drink 100 oz of water a day with all the exercise I do and my water % is perfectly where it should be. I know because I have a nutritionist and a doctor. I liter is 4 cups, 1 cup is 8 oz, 4 liters is 128 oz, 128 oz is 1 gallon. That is a lot of water and possibly too much. Don't be so quick to judge next time and know what your are talking about before opening your mouth.
