All yoga practices end with corpse pose. This pose relaxes the body, calms the mind, and helps relieve stress and mild depression. It can also reduce headache, fatigure, and insomnia. In some cases, it can help lower blood pressure.

Check with your doctor if you are pregnant. You may need to raise your head and chest with a pillow or bolster. If you have back pain in this pose, place a bolster or pillow under our knees, or bend our knees and place your feet on the floor, hip-distance apart.
