@Barretlight56 Yes a stereo mic would be nice. It does have an HDMI outlet, so that may be possible.

@IamDickee Most reviewers say it is superior, LX5 is a great little camera if you know what you are doing. It is a bit too advanced for the average consumer who does not have a clue what it is capable of. Buy one and use it in Manual settings.

The sound is not bad but it could have had a stereo mic like earlier and cheaper TZx panasonic models. Thanks for the nice and helpful test anyway

Auto Image stabilization REALLY sucks on LUMIX cameras..... can you change setting to MODE 1 like you can on other models? This helped greatly with my FS7 model.
