One of the first of the Noveltoon series, begun and voice tracked in Miami before being finished after Famous Studios relocated to New York. Famous would basically rethink and remake it (with a better ending) two years later as "Scrappily Married".

This cartoon had to have been the first of only a few cartoons where Herman the Mouse helped Henry the Henpecked Rooster.Herman went on to many cartoons throughout the 1950s where he would be the adversary of Katnip.
And in the 1960s,Arnold Stang-the voice of Herman-would go on from the voice of a mouse to the voice of a cat...Hanna-Barbera's Top Cat!:-)
