@upabittoolate noone helps anyone anymore often because they are afraid they are going to get robbed or the piss sued out of them. Its a sick world we live in where you become a victim for helping someone. I have even been cursed out for offering assistance before. Sometimes when you help people they do nothing but ask you for more and more help until you just cant give anymore. People like us are taken advantage of constantly. Keep helping people brother and maybe we can help cure the world

Strong people actually make an active effort to look out for their fellow human beings. I'm not congratulating myself for stopping to help people when I can. I'm just saying that too many people get caught up in fake shit without using their energies to affect real change.

That's totally contra to everything I know & have been taught. Bear in mind that I'm not a "nice guy". In fact, I'm a mean mu'fucka from the roughest part of the nation's roughest city. But I couldn't just leave someone vulnerable when I had the power to help. (cont'd)

@a1rh3add (part II) So I took for granted that someone else would be a man (or at least a citizen) & stop to help. But my instincts wouldn't let me not make sure this motorist was alright. In that traffic, it took the better part of 20min to get there. It turns out it was a mom with a car full of small kids. She was already panicking & her car was overheating. It must've been her lucky day because I've worked on cars for as long as I can remember; my old man taught me. (cont'd)

@a1rh3add Here's a story for you. When I 1st moved to Denver, I took a job at Home Depot. The orientation required a fairly long commute to & from Broomfield, CO. Upon returning home 1 day, I noticed a northbound, stalled car in my periphery (I was headed south). My 1st instinct was to flip my truck around & go help. But on further examination, turning around would be a challenge because not only was I near a crowded mall & hotels, it was also rush hour. (cont'd)

@a1rh3add Call me whatever you like, I'm real. Fuck "nice". Part of the reason people are all so mixed up is because no 1 is honest. If I don't like a person, I don't make an effort to "get along". In the end, we're ALL living day by day. It's just that my days are a little more meaningful because I ain't fake.

Screw people's feelings. Matter of fact, part of why people like Bill exist is because they got confused. At some point, they got confused & thought their "feelings" mattered.
