i meant iguanas should NOT be bred, and do not goto pet stores or just any vet, look online for iguana rescues in your area and ask them who is a good reptile vet in your area. they will be glad to help you find one and can tell you good ones from bad based on the ones they have already used before.

iguanas actually most often drop sections of their tails when they feel threatened by predators.. they can break them from whipping too but its not as likely

missing iguana's and other lizard toes are from not SUCCESSFULLY SHEDDED SKIN of the TOES.

what watch my iguana video it lost its tail about 2-3 weeks ago and its growing it scales back on it and its fine and i havent tooking it to a vet and i took it to a vet and he said its doing very healthy even without the tale

Males fixed young will not usually have any mating season aggression but after 3 to 4 yo its 50/50. Iguanas should be be breed either as they import about 750,000 babies every year to north america and 95% of those will be dead by their 2nd or 3rd year. They can live to be up to 30 in the wild and 10 to 15 as a very cared for pet and have personalities like 2 yo kids and get very jealous or mad if they don't get their way or what they want or need. Iguanas are NOT good pets for kids.
